Richnesses’ shipping policy is built based on our Business Model, Service Plan and Actual Records of Order Processing Time and Shipping Time; therefore, our Estimated Delivery Time is calculated strictly according to actual records.

- Free shipping on all orders over $99 (Domestic US).
Other markets: calculated at Checkout step.
Orders will be processed once payment is accepted.
We process orders on business days from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST), 7 Days a week., except for Postal Holidays: New Year’s Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Please note!
- Once your order is ready to ship, a tracking link will be sent to your email so you can track your package until it gets home.
- Additionally, if your order is personalized and/or requires modifications, it may take a few days for our designers to make the customization. Design time will depend on the complexity of the request.
- Due to high volume and increased pressure during the holiday season, our processing and delivery times have been delayed by up to 10 business days from the timeframes below. We appreciate your patience as we ask for a little extra patience.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can track your order until it arrives home! Please allow 5-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system.
If you try to track your package and no information is available, it means that the carrier has not processed your package yet. Once the package is scanned into the system, tracking events will appear on the tracking page.
If it is past your expected arrival date, please contact us and we can handle this for you.
Return Policy
We can refund the full amount if the product is not delivered or damaged during shipping.
For any reason you are not satisfied with our product, please contact us so we can discuss your options, simply return the order to us and we will send you a replacement or refund your money (including shipping).

Incorrect address
Please make sure you provide the correct address when checking out because:
If we find that any information is incorrect or missing, we may have to contact you to update your shipping information, which may cause a delay in delivering your order.
We are not responsible if your order is delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender. Returned orders will be donated to charity and will not be returned to our warehouse. Before contacting our customer support, please double check your provided shipping address.
For orders returned due to incorrect address provided, we will require you to pay a re-shipping fee to resend the order.
If you contact the last mile carrier after your order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your parcel, we will not be responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.
